Hi to one and all...saw every two hours throughout the night more or less and had to get up at eight because the plumber is coming to fix some washers on two taps and to sort out the back flow from our bathroom sink into the bath next to it...lovely way they did our plumbing there...both connected so if one blocks up, they both do...yuk...oh, well, with luck, she'll fix it today...don't feel too bad and had breakfast with no side effects...yet...LOL...
When she's gone, we'll take a walk round for the paper and I think we'll take the long way round over the heath because I need to get out and it's lovely too...
Nothing else happening today, so I hope you all have a very good day, and send big hugs to everyone...

Yes, it is, isn't it...and it was a lovely walk...was quite tired when we got back but well worth it...and I think my prob with my sleeping is far more to do with the damned half a stone I've put on since xmas and quitting cigs and can't lose now...(you're usually either half a stone to a stone heavier permanently when you quit)...it's squashing me up inside far more than I was when lighter...will consider my options once I've got this stomach sorted...big hugs, Meno...XX

Sorry to hear about your bad night (again). You must be getting knackered by now.

I am...not half as much energy as I normally have, but there we go...life is all ups and downs and now my nights are proving it LOL...BTW Andree Melly, sister of George Melly, took a group for youngsters in our village in Cranleigh for some kind of performance art when we lived there and I sent our son to it, and when I went to collect him, I got a really dirty look from her and she made it perfectly clear that she had not enjoyed having him in her group at all...never did find out what he did, but as I never liked either of them, was quite glad he was his usual mouthy self...HLOL...oh, smack hand, nasty me...our son was brought up as an infant to the age of four and half surrounded by adults, the result was he was extremely precocious and advanced for his age, plus rebellious because all the adults were hippies and non-conformists including us...it made life very hard for the poor little chap to try to conform to straight people when we left the commune and went to live amongst ordinary folk...he treated the adults as an equal, which really put a lot of their noses out of joint...
big hugs...

Still not too pleased with your sleeping habits. I can only imagine how you feel. When you talk about going for a walk and getting the paper, I know exactly where you go! I think that is so neat!
Hugs and kisses
