Hi to everybody...lovely day here after an exceptionally warm night, which could account for why both of us had a strangely disturbed night...hubby made me a cup of tea and himself one at five because he couldn't sleep and I had been awake for an hour after dreaming over and over again about only 19% of the water we use is from other sources while the other 81% came from rainfall...HLOL...that's wrong but I couldn't correct it...what a weird dream...LOL..
Anyway, finally fell off to sleep again and got up at 9 and had breakfast, went for the paper, and then came home and our new bird seed containers arrived so sorted them out then played four games of bowls on the Wii, and we each won two so that was okay...
After that we had lunch, and now hubby's sleeping until 5.30 before he has to go to work at 6.30...
Now, my friends, I'm catching up on my posts, and about to have a go at my story, then it's dinner time again..and so the days go round and round and round

Yup, bowling is the easiest one...hubby put his back out on the golf one...and I can't play golf with my right arm leading....my right wrist won't go back far enough to flick it on the putting part...LOL...and baseball is very energetic...have you tried the fitness part yet...test your fitness on the choices part...
That's fun...I got fitness of a thirty-eight year old, which made me fall over laughing...I don't darned well feel like I did at thirty-eight...and yes, it's been a very nice day..hope yours has been as well, Big hugs, Chyna...XX -

Lovely day? lucky you Jen, here it is just continuing as it was overnight, gale force wind and driving rain, puddles on the grass, I think that its full.
Never played bowls, probably would have done if I had remained in my home town of Worthing, when I was a lad it seemed to be the centre of the bowling world. I often watch it and some players are a bit clever at it, seems to be getting a younger player nowadays.

Still lovely here..sorry, Trev LOL...but did have a windy night...and it's ten pin bowling not on the greens...
We've got the greens here in Bournemouth as well...would like to have tried it but impossible with my back...I couldn't lift the ball HLOL...

We've decided it's up at 9 now every morning because so much of the hours we have together are wasted if we lose an hour spent in bed...sorry you've got such an early rise...but hope you sleep well beforehand...big hugs to you...

I find bowling is the easiest and uses the less energy so I play on it a fair bit!
Been playing baseball and my arm blimin' aches a lot now!
