Hi to everybody...didn't have a very disturbed night, just once I woke up because my darned shoulder was hurting...hell, I'm falling apart...HLOL...gorgeous day!! Warm wind, hot sun and lovely blue sky today...what a refreshing change...
Went for the papers, and then came home and have just relaxed, mainly because catching damned buses and them not arriving has put us off bothering to go down to the sea...we're about to go for a walk on the heath instead...
My throat is improving slowly and my gut's okay now I've started taking my medication again...Nothing else to tell you so I hope you have sun where you are, and have a good, relaxing weekend...great big hugs to one and all in the meantime...

Yup, and mine in the form of very itchy eyes, but forgot to take my antihistamine more than once a day so must start taking it more regularly during the bad season now...great big hugs...
