Hi to everybody...woke up this morning and hubby brought me a cup of tea and, a few minutes later, said that the alarm upstairs was going off...I couldn't hear it at all! Quite shocked me as I've got very good hearing normally...then when we were on our way home from shopping we passed the cafe at the top of our road and hubby mentioned how strong the smell of bacon was and I couldn't smell a thing...also have excellent sense of smell normally...have had a really bad cough since I came home from our hols and have now realized my sinuses must be very infected too...so on antibiotics now...fortunately I already had some at home which I didn't use a few weeks ago....
Apart from that discovery, the weather's lovely again and the wind has dropped so it's an even better day than the last two...hope all of you are having some sun....we had our sofa measured this morning and the new covers will be ready in about six weeks so that's one thing out of the way...great big hugs to one and all in the meantime....
