A quick update

Hi to everybody...had an omeprazole at 11.20 this morning, and haven't had so much as a minor twinge in my gut all day...have eaten normally and am just so relieved...now to ease my back and get rid of my cough and normal life will be restored...
Have a lovely evening...Great big hugs to one and all...

  Never had a fair share of anything other than physical probs...HLOL...seems to be my lot but, on the other hand, I've got a heck of a lot to be content with as well, so not complaining...it's just boring more than anything...GBHs...XXX

What does the omeprazole actually do? Soak up the acid? Settle the twinges? Glad it worked for you. Onto the coughing and easing your back pain.

  Stops the production of acid in the stomach...seems I produce too much now for some unknown reason...must be hereditary...my Dad had the same thing...hmmm...thank you, Dad...LOL...Coughing is easing off too now I'm on two or three ciggies a day...and the back also seems to be improving too...definitely on the mend all round...GBHs...XXX

    Ah okay. The acid in my guts are at an all time high. Might look into the omeprazole. Glad you are improving. xxx

      Rich foods cause it...and stress and alcohol...and smoking but you don't so not that...it's worth a try...GBHs...XXX
