Hi to everybody...just got my new bill from Virgin Media...was told I was going to get a rebate for being put onto Talk Unlimited without my consent and have just discovered that I'm still being charged for it...why do we bother to talk to their customer services and get assured your next bill will be reduced and then it isn't? Makes me hopping mad all this waste of time...I'm through to India now and their servers are all down so they can't even access my account to check what is happening...hmmm....I have to wait for a further two hours at least before they may be up and running again...I hate call centres with a vengeance because promises are made and nothing is done...now I've got to calm down before I call again otherwise I'm going to be really, really angry with them and that gets me absolutely bloody nowhere...
That's it for now...me mad, and nowhere to put it...
GBHs to one and all...

Their server is still down and I've been asked to phone back tomorrow...think what has happened is that the bill for this month had already been worked out so next month I should see the rebate...at least I hope so...and sorry about the background...wait until tomorrow when I change it all again...do each week usually on a Thursday...LOL...GBHs...XXX

That's so maddening dealing with call centers. I go from zero to sixty in 2 seconds flat while talking to them. xx

All that annoys me too. They seem prepared to say anything to get you off the phone, because once you're off they can tick that they've dealt with you (hopefully within their quota time). And since not everyone will bother to phone up again when promises aren't kept, it's an all-round winner.
Your flashing background hurts my eyes...
