Hi to everybody...couldn't resist cutting the crust off this new bread and having it with some butter on it...it's delicious! Lovely light bread and with a nutty flavour...I think this is the best recipe of the two I've given you...really, really yummy...LOL...

Hehe! - that's where the description "upper crust" comes from! Only the elite were served the upper crust. and the rest was left for the servants! So I have been told!
