Hi to everybody...absolutely foul afternoon, but had a very good session on the Wii today...
We managed to get nine strikes in one game of bowls and was annoyed with myself for missing the last one, but still got a score of 265 and the other three games were 192, 212 and 236 so were on form for bowls...then we played four games of nine hole golf and got two two over par, one par, and the last one came in at 3 under par so delighted with that!...have been trying since we started to play to come in under par...LOL...
So much better than traipsing round a golf course in the pouring rain...
And great fun too...
Now it's dinner time in an hour or so and then the evening is ours to do whatever we want...Hope you're having a good day, won't get too wet if you have to go out in this awful weather and send great big hugs to one and all...

Thanks, Marian...LOL...do love playing it now...did have a go on the new Tiger Woods golf game, but setting the game up takes ages, is really damned complicated and playing it is even worse!...if you move the remote before the screen has cleared, your club won't work properly at all so a real pain...the Wii golf is a doddle to play compared with that and a lot more fun...

We were well pleased today...not like that often though...much better at golf now than bowls, for me anyway...

We stopped playing it competitively by each of us having a go on a game of bowls and like wise for golf...that way it becomes fun and nobody feels bad if they don't do quite so well...and you can encourage your partner to do well instead of cursing him or her when they do well and you do terribly...HLOL...well I do anyway being horribly competitive...
I'm certainly feeling the effects of playing it most days now...really helps the stomach muscles too... Have a lovely evening...GBHs...XXX -

I love the golf on wii and i am quite good at golf but dont have much time, but nice to know its there waiting if i am in need anytime of some thing to do.xx
